Tectonic started as a vision for radical community in an upscale setting. We want to provide unforgettable nights out and an opportunity to come together with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community from all walks of life while simultaneously breaking the myth that employees need to work back-breaking hours for minimum wage for the club to be successful. Every room, every sound, every surface in Tectonic is painstaking curated to give our customers a nightclub experience they’ve never had in Salem, while our compressed work week, thriving wage, and day one healthcare take care of our staff.

The Experience

Tectonic features a state-of-the-art soundscape powered by a Void Acoustics system. Globally recognized for its clarity and power, this setup ensures an immersive listening experience that keeps the energy high across the entire venue.

Our main floor features an interactive LED dancefloor, designed to respond to the movement of the crowd and sync with the rhythm of the night. For our high-energy performances, the dedicated Show Bar provides a permanent stage for our drag shows and live events.

The Space

Housed within a revitalized warehouse, Tectonic maintains its industrial roots while incorporating modern, high-end finishes. The architectural blend of exposed structures, sleek leatherette seating, and cutting-edge lighting creates a polished, luxurious atmosphere within an authentic industrial shell.

Parking

We encourage ride sharing to and from Tectonic, both due to limited parking and to ensure patron safety.
