Code of Conduct

Tectonic is an intentional sanctuary for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, and intolerance. By entering this space, you agree to the following standards:

Respect & Consent

• Absolute Consent: Personal boundaries are non-negotiable. Explicit consent is mandatory for any physical contact, dancing, or interaction.

• Zero Judgment: Leave prejudices, body shaming, and exclusionary attitudes at the door. Respect every identity and use correct pronouns.

• Zero Tolerance: Slurs, hateful language, and discriminatory remarks will result in an immediate exit and permanent ban.

Safety

• Zero Violence: Physical aggression or harassment of any kind results in an immediate exit and a permanent ban.

• Prohibited Substances: Illegal substances are strictly banned to maintain a safe environment centered on the music and community.

• Accountability: If you witness any behavior that violates these standards, notify staff immediately. We act with speed and discretion.

Culture

• Authenticity: This space is built for you to be unapologetic and expressive.

• Support: Respect the artists, performers, and staff who drive the environment.

• Community: Protect the space, look out for those around you, and maintain the standard.
