Code of Conduct
At Tectonic, we celebrate diversity with every beat. We are proud to be a sanctuary for the LGBTQIA2S+ community and its allies. To maintain this environment, we hold a zero-tolerance policy for intolerance and harassment.
We expect the following from our patrons:
Respect
Leave prejudices at the door. We are here to celebrate individuality, not judge it.
Zero tolerance for hateful language. Slurs and discriminatory remarks will result in immediate removal from the venue.
Value every identity. Body shaming, microaggressions, and exclusionary attitudes have no place here.
Consent is mandatory. Respect personal boundaries at all times. This applies to dancing, flirting, and any physical contact.
Safety
Zero tolerance for violence. Harassment or physical aggression will result in an immediate and permanent exit from the club.
Illegal substances are prohibited. We are committed to a safe environment where the focus remains on the music and the community.
See something, say something. If you witness behavior that violates these standards, please alert our staff immediately. We will handle the situation with discretion and speed.
Inclusivity
Embrace the spectrum. Celebrate the full diversity of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
Respect pronouns. If you are unsure of someone's pronouns, ask politely. Respectful communication is key to our culture.
Avoid assumptions. You don't know someone's story just by looking at them. Be open to new perspectives and experiences.
Celebration
Express yourself. This is your space to be authentic and unapologetic.
Support the artists. Show your appreciation for the performers and creators who bring the magic to our stage.
Build community. Connect with those around you and help us maintain a vibrant, supportive atmosphere.
